Angela Renee Winner, a 37-year-old woman from Lumberton, NC, tragically lost her life on January 22, 2017. Angela was found deceased at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. Her death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred at her residence. Angela was in a vehicle, possibly attempting to flee, when she was shot. The incident was reported to the authorities by her boyfriend, Joseph Koonce, who was present at the scene.
