David B. Eadie, a 58-year-old man from Charlotte, NC, was tragically killed on February 14, 2017. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call at 5:55 p.m. in the 2700 block of Oakcrest Place. Upon arrival, officers found Eadie with an apparent gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of emergency medical personnel, Eadie was pronounced dead at the scene.
