Frank Lashaw Sheard, a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed in Greensboro, North Carolina, on March 5, 2017. The incident occurred shortly after midnight in a parking lot on West Florida Street. According to police reports, Sheard was involved in an argument with Keith Delfonne Womack and another unidentified man before the shooting took place.
