Laymon Antonio "Deez" Moore, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 28, 2017, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Laymon was shot from a vehicle while he was near Lincoln Heights Park. He succumbed to his injuries across the street from the park. His death marked the 22nd homicide in Charlotte for the year 2017.
