Gary Howard, a 68-year-old man from Sanford, North Carolina, was tragically shot to death on April 6, 2017. The incident occurred early in the morning, just after 1 a.m., in the 1000 block of Boykin Avenue. Gary Howard was shot in the chest and was subsequently taken to Central Carolina Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The authorities have been investigating the case, but as of now, no arrests have been made, and the shooter remains unidentified.
