A beloved mother and daughter are found dead in their Bardstown, KY home
In the quiet community of Bardstown, Kentucky, a horrific crime sent shockwaves through the town, leaving a family shattered and a community on edge. On April 22, 2014, 48-year-old Caucasian female, Kathy Netherland, a beloved special education teacher, and her 16-year-old daughter, Samantha, were found brutally murdered in their home on Springfield Road. The discovery was made after Kathy failed to show up for work at Bardstown Elementary School.
