Rondy Samuel Shields III, a 20-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on June 25, 2017, in Asheville, North Carolina. The incident occurred at Pisgah View Apartments, a public housing complex, where surveillance cameras captured the shooting just after 12 p.m. that day.
