Kelcie Lynn Vann, a 24-year-old woman from Sanford, NC, tragically lost her life on August 14, 2017. She was born on May 13, 1993, in Lee County, NC, to Jason Len Vann and Liane Thomas Cochrane. Kelcie graduated from Lee Senior High School in 2011 and had recently completed dental assisting school. She was a member of Flat Springs Baptist Church and worked at Chick-fil-A in Aberdeen. Described as a free spirit and a ray of sunshine, Kelcie brought joy wherever she went.
