Rosalind Yolanda Griffin, a 39-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on February 16, 2008, in Sanford, North Carolina. The incident was a murder-suicide involving her estranged husband, Willie Cornell Griffin, aged 49. The Lee County Sheriff's Department responded to a call at 5011 Valley View Drive in Sanford, where they discovered the bodies of Rosalind and Willie Griffin.
