Tevin Walker, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 21, 2017, following a shooting incident in Erwin, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of August 20, 2017, when Harnett County deputies responded to a shots fired call at 5151 N.C. Highway 217. Upon arrival, they discovered that Tevin Walker had already been transported to Betsy Johnson Memorial Hospital in Dunn by a private vehicle.
