Emanuel Lee Alexander, a 52-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 23, 2018, in Greensboro, North Carolina. Emanuel and his wife, Wanda Annette Alexander, had driven to the 1700 block of Fairfax Road for a pre-arranged meeting. Upon their arrival, a man began shooting at them.
