Devonte Jamal Jones, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 14, 2018, in Henderson, North Carolina. On that fateful day, Henderson police officers responded to a shooting incident at 227 Harrell Street. Upon arrival, they discovered two individuals, Tyheem Shabazz Person, 27, and Dyrel Jermal Kittrell, 28, dead from gunshot wounds.
