Evelyn M. Harvey, a 77-year-old woman from Swansboro, North Carolina, tragically passed away on April 5, 2018. She was a resident of The Villas at Megan's Bay in Cedar Point. Evelyn Harvey's death was the result of a single gunshot wound to the head. The .357 caliber revolver used in the homicide was later recovered from the water near the Swansboro-Cedar Point bridge.
