Nancy Lou White Hutchens, a 68-year-old woman from Elkin, North Carolina, passed away on October 21, 2017. She was born on March 22, 1949, in Surry County to the late Arvil Edgar and Ella Launa Marion White. Nancy was married to Dennis Keith Hutchens and was a retired employee of Adam Millis.
