Richard Locklear, a 26-year-old Native American male, tragically lost his life on April 29, 2018, in Lumber-bridge, NC. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Richard, along with his family, was returning home from a party. As they traveled in their pickup truck, they were ambushed at the intersection of Shannon Road and Old Wire Road.
