Joshua A. Locklear, a 32-year-old male from Lumber Bridge, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on December 24, 2020. The incident occurred at the Lombardy Village Mobile Home Park, where deputies responded to reports of shots being fired. Upon arrival, they found Joshua A. Locklear deceased inside a vehicle. Another individual, John McMillian, 29, also from Lumber Bridge, was injured in the same shooting and was transported to UNC Southeastern Medical Center for treatment. McMillian was lat ...
