David Duncan Jr., a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 29, 2018, in Monroe, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at a residence on Massey Street Extension. According to reports, Monroe Police responded to a call about a shooting at the location.
