Dalvin Detron Redmond, a 30-year-old African American male, was found dead on October 25, 2018, in a field near Ellis Road in Edgecombe County, not far from his residence in Tarboro, North Carolina. His body was discovered by a farmer who stumbled upon it. Redmond had been shot twice, once in the abdomen and once in the thigh area.
