Randy Tarlton, a 24-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed in east Charlotte, North Carolina, on December 30, 2018. The incident occurred around 10:18 PM on Gwynn Hill Road near Harrisburg Road. Randy was shot multiple times, and despite the efforts of officers who attempted CPR, he was pronounced dead at the scene. His mother, Christine Tarlton, recounted the harrowing experience of holding her son in her arms as he bled out in their front room.
