Michael Anthony Broadnax, a 50-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 11, 2019, in Eden, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:30 a.m., when Eden Police responded to a call on Anderson Street. Upon arrival, officers found Broadnax suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
