Julius Frazier, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 28, 2019, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the 5200 block of Henderson Circle, where police responded to a call about a robbery and assault with a deadly weapon. Upon arrival, officers found Julius Frazier inside a vehicle with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. This marked the 81st homicide in Charlotte for the year 2019.
