Cesar Otniel Felix, an 18-year-old male from Jacksonville, NC, tragically lost his life on November 8, 2019. The incident occurred during a home invasion on Lake Cole Road, where masked intruders forced their way into the residence. The assailants, dressed in dark clothing, shot and killed Cesar Felix Jr. and injured his girlfriend. The attack was believed to be targeted, but no suspects have been identified.
