David Burns, a 19-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on January 16, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred around midnight on Holland Avenue, where David was found inside a vehicle with fatal gunshot wounds. Two other individuals were also shot during the incident but survived after receiving medical treatment.
