Dwayne Wiggins, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on January 24, 2020, in Greenville, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at the Citgo gas station located at the corner of West 5th Street and Memorial Drive. The Greenville Police Department responded to a Shot Spotter alert shortly after 1:00 a.m. and discovered Wiggins dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
