Richmond Pearson McMahan Jr., a 76-year-old man from the Dysartsville community in Nebo, North Carolina, passed away unexpectedly on the evening of February 29, 2020, at his residence. He was born on March 29, 1943, and was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. Richmond is survived by his five children, thirteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and three siblings. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Bernice McMahan, and a son, Andy McMahan.
