John Vincent Butler, a 28-year-old man from Trinity, North Carolina, was tragically killed on June 21, 2020. The incident occurred on Rockford Drive in Trinity, where deputies found Butler in the roadway suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
