Kelly Miller, a 29-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on June 22, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Kelly was one of the victims of a mass shooting that occurred during a block party on Beatties Ford Road. The event, which began as a Juneteenth celebration, turned deadly in the early hours of Monday morning.
