Rohaun Rutherford, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 19, 2020, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The incident occurred on East 15th Street, where Rutherford was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Despite being transported to the hospital by EMS, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after. The police were called to the scene around 9:55 p.m., and upon arrival, they discovered Rutherford lying outside a home.
