Kawon Demarkus Hoover, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 16, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Kawon was born on May 9, 1992, to parents Shilette Hoover and Mark Roddey, who preceded him in death. He was the only son in a family of girls and was known for his adventurous and fearless nature.
