Randy Lee Hargraves Jr., a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically murdered on October 9, 2020, in Greensboro, North Carolina. Hargraves, along with Key-Shawn Cooley, was operating a party bus company called Clipper Gang Elite Transportation.
