Zuri Arcedrian Norman, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on October 30, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. near Winged Elm Court, which is off Reddman Road and south of Albemarle Road. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Zuri with a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
