Rebecca "Becky" Luker Jenkins, a 49-year-old woman from Franklin, North Carolina, passed away on February 21, 2021. Born on December 8, 1971, to R. A. and Joann Brissey Luker of Tuckasegee, NC, Becky was an office manager at Nantahala Physical Therapy.
