Kathleen Jean Couch Dills, a 47-year-old woman from Franklin, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on March 13, 2020. Kathleen was born on September 18, 1962, in Hyden, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Hazel Barger Rickman and the late Elzie Couch. Kathleen was known for her love of treasure hunting, rock collecting, quilting, and taxidermy. She was survived by her husband of 31 years, Joe Dills, and her children and stepchildren, along with numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
