Lee'Vantay D'Martinez Rankin, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 15, 2021, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred on Kings Ridge Drive, where a triple shooting took place. Rankin, along with 22-year-old Isiah Jeremiah Doctor-Muhammad, was shot while they were in a car.
