Basil Haizeis Wilson, a 14-year-old boy from Greensboro, North Carolina, was tragically shot and killed on September 20, 2021. The incident occurred near the intersection of East Florida Street and Randolph Avenue. Officers responded to the scene just before 6 p.m. and found Basil with a gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries early the next morning.
