Kelvin Richardson, a 39-year-old African American male, was found dead on February 6, 2022, in Halifax, North Carolina. His body was discovered in a creek off Longbridge Road in the Brinkleyville area. Richardson had sustained a fatal gunshot wound, and investigators believe he was placed in the water after the apparent homicide.
