Kimora Johnson, an 18-year-old African American woman from Yanceyville, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on July 2, 2022. The incident occurred on a Saturday night when the Caswell County Sheriff's Office received a call reporting shots fired at a location in Yanceyville. Upon arrival, deputies discovered that Kimora Johnson had already been transported to a hospital in Danville, Virginia, for treatment of two gunshot wounds to her back.
