Hakimye Chavares Bethea, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2022, in Asheville, North Carolina. Hakimye was born on September 14, 2001, and was known for his contagious smile and love for his family. He was a dedicated father to his son, Suhmeir Bethea, and a beloved son, brother, and friend.
