Jeffery Penaloza Quiterio, a 19-year-old male from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 20, 2022. The incident occurred on East Devonshire Street, where officers from the Winston-Salem Police Department responded to a report of a shooting around 2:22 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Jeffery Quiterio deceased at the scene, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
