Terry Ray Reeves, a 59-year-old male from Winnfield, Louisiana, passed away on July 22, 2005. He was the District Attorney for Winn Parish since 1991 and was well-known in the community for his dedication to law and order. Reeves was a graduate of Winnfield High School and Southern University School of Law. He was a member of several bar associations and had founded the Winn Parish Drug Task Force.
