Victor "ASAP" Odds, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on September 10, 2012, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred shortly after midnight at the intersection of Music and Urquhart Streets in the 8th Ward. Victor was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and body, lying next to a bicycle. The police arrived at the scene around 1 a.m. and discovered his lifeless body.
