Kendrell "Kat" Glover, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 17, 2013, in Algiers, Louisiana. On that fateful evening, at approximately 8:40 p.m., Kendrell was shot and killed in the 1200 block of Horace Street. Witnesses reported seeing a black Nissan Titan pick-up truck leaving the scene at the time of the incident.
