William Darrell Bowman, aged 33, was last seen on February 28, 1990, in Benicia, California. He disappeared under mysterious circumstances, with few clues available at the time. Bowman was reportedly seen at around 9:00 p.m. near the 680 Bridge, which connects Benicia to Martinez. Witnesses claimed to have seen a man matching Bowman's description on the bridge shortly before he apparently jumped off.
