Herman J. “Tucker” Tasker, a 58-year-old African American man from Geismar, Louisiana, was a man of faith, love, and devotion. Born on March 4, 1955, he was the cherished son of Robert Washington, Jr., of Geismar, and Beryl Patterson, of St. Gabriel, Louisiana.
