Jonathan Chinn, a 33-year-old African American male from New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2013. He was the son of Elbert Chinn Sr. and Peggy Walker, and the beloved husband of Paige E. Bernard Chinn. Jonathan was a loving father to Johnathan Chinn Jr. and Julianah Monet' Bernard.
