Shella "Shay" Thomas Howard, a 27-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on July 21, 2014, in Donaldsonville, Louisiana. She was found deceased at her home, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred around 10 AM, and Shella was pronounced dead at the scene. She was a manager at Express Check Advance and a resident of Donaldsonville.
