William Allen Holmes Eleby, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 3, 2014, in New Orleans, Louisiana. According to available information, Eleby was walking in the 2100 block of Foucher Street when he was shot multiple times. Despite his injuries, he managed to run to the 2000 block of Amelia Street before collapsing. His death was a result of these gunshot wounds.
