Lionel Bumma Delpit III, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 16, 2015, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was found alongside his companion, Breon Stewart, a 23-year-old pregnant African American woman, in a Chrysler PT Cruiser in the parking lot of an apartment building on the I-10 Service Road in New Orleans East.
