Donna Weems LeBlanc, a 42-year-old white female, was tragically killed on September 27, 2016, in Glynn, Louisiana. Donna, who served as a corporal for 22 years with the West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office, was found dead alongside her 20-year-old daughter, Carli Jo LeBlanc.
