Larry Carroll, a 43-year-old man from Epps, Louisiana, tragically died on December 14, 2016, from a gunshot wound. Shortly after midnight, the Epps Police Department and the West Carroll Parish Sheriff's Office were called to 150 Jackson Heights Road in response to a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Larry Carroll had been shot and was quickly transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
